Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services in the Emergency Department
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients’ mental health needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing case management
• Coordinate referrals to community resources

Requirements

• Master's Degree - Social Worker
• Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License within 60 days of hire
• 2 years - Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Part time, schedule Friday/Saturday 8AM - 8PM.
