Responsibilities
- Conduct therapeutic services for patients
- Interview and develop the psychological history
- Assess the therapeutic needs of the individual and family
- Develop appropriate treatment objectives and treatment plan updates for patients
- Conduct family sessions prior to discharge
- Act as the patients' and families' primary contact during the patient's stay at the facility, as well as their advocate with the treatment team
- Serve as liaisons with outside agencies and individuals for the purpose of developing and coordinating discharge planning with the treatment team and family
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Master's degree required
- 1 to 3 years of experience minimum
- License from state of GA (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LPC) preferred
