About the role

Lifepoint Behavioral Health is seeking a Social Worker (LMSW) to join our Behavioral Health team at National Park Medical Center. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of patients navigating mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Lead psychoeducational and psychotherapy groups
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families through critical transitions
• Develop and implement programming that promotes recovery and long-term wellness
• Coordinate discharge planning and community resource referrals
• Support patients in crisis and promote positive mental health outcomes
• Document care and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field, required
• LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-I, or LMFT, preferred (or eligible to obtain licensure within 6 months)
• Behavioral health experience, preferred

Pay

The base compensation for this position is competitive and includes comprehensive benefits.

Schedule

This role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 9 AM - 5 PM or 8 AM - 4 PM.
