About the role

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) to support patients and their families at our Moorhead (Dilworth, MN) and Fargo (Fargo, ND) Dialysis Clinics. As a Clinical Social Worker (MSW), you'll be part of a supportive team focused on work-life balance and personal/professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support and advocate for patients undergoing dialysis
  • Guide patients in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial aspects of End Stage Renal Disease
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in a supportive outpatient setting

Requirements

  • Licensed or registered in the state of practice as required by state regulations (LMSW or LCSW)
  • Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice
  • Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs
  • Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge of end-stage renal disease and related treatments

Pay

Schedule

Full-time schedule - Monday - Friday, 36-40 hours per week
