Social Worker (LMSW)
About the role
DaVita is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) to support patients and their families at our Moorhead (Dilworth, MN) and Fargo (Fargo, ND) Dialysis Clinics. As a Clinical Social Worker (MSW), you'll be part of a supportive team focused on work-life balance and personal/professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Support and advocate for patients undergoing dialysis
- Guide patients in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial aspects of End Stage Renal Disease
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in a supportive outpatient setting
Requirements
- Licensed or registered in the state of practice as required by state regulations (LMSW or LCSW)
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice
- Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Knowledge of end-stage renal disease and related treatments

Pay

Schedule
Full-time schedule - Monday - Friday, 36-40 hours per week
