Role Overview Provide compassionate, patient-centered support as a Social Worker (LCSW) to individuals and families facing complex, serious illnesses. Deliver psychotherapy services in inpatient and outpatient settings, including individual, couples, group, and family therapy, to enhance social, emotional, and physical well-being. Responsibilities Include Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate appropriate treatment collaboratively with clients, families, physicians, and community resources.Work in a team to deliver holistic, whole-person care rooted in understanding and respect.
