Social Worker LCSW - Behavioral Health

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive biopsychosocial and spiritual assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and advocacy for patients and their support systems. Key Responsibilities Include Collaborating with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered care plans across the continuum of care.Performing assessments, diagnosis, and interventions that respect patient self-determination and aim to reduce health disparities and barriers to care.Working with diverse inpatient and outpatient populations in a respectful, ethical manner aligned with NASW standards. Qualifications And Skills Required Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited or candidacy status school.Current Oregon Clinical Social Worker License or license in appropriate states.At least 2 years of relevant social work experience, including CSWA experience preferred.
