About the role

Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-informed, person-centered treatment plans across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with patients and support systems
• Developing care plans with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensuring care respects patient self-determination, reduces disparities, and adheres to ethical standards

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Oregon Clinical Social Worker License or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant social work experience
