Social Worker, LCSW

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care, including consultations, assessments, individual counseling, group counseling, family therapy and educational services.
• Skilled in assessment and diagnostic procedures/practices, treatment planning, case management, discharge planning, and medical record documentation.
• Demonstrates knowledge in developmental and life stage issues for the patient populations assigned and within the scope of practice.
• Skills in intervention, clinical care review and consultation with interdisciplinary team.
• Operates as a member of a quality team in the delivery of mental health therapy services.

Requirements

• Currently licensed by the North Dakota Board respective of discipline with a minimum of a Masters Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field of study and licensed at an independent level and third party reimbursable.
• Must have above-average written and oral communication skills, possess abilities to effectively problem solve and handle crisis situations.
