The summary includes note about updating resume - that's application instructions, should be removed. Also note about "When applying - please be sure to update your resume..." remove. Also "Qualifications Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met." That's part of qualifications but not boilerplate? It's a statement about pending completion; we can keep as part of qualifications. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content for: - About the role: maybe summary about position location and move. Could be considered "About the role". We'll include. - Responsibilities: Duties section. - Requirements: Basic requirements (citizenship, English, education, licensure, etc.) plus grade determinations? Could be under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe separate from Requirements? The posting has "Qualifications" heading with basic requirements etc. Could treat as Qualifications. But we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. However the posting lumps basic requirements under Qualifications. We could map: Requirements = basic requirements (citizenship, education, licensure). Qualifications = grade determinations, KSAs, preferred experience. But we need to decide. Better: Use Requirements for basic eligibility (citizenship, English, education, licensure). Use Qualifications for grade determinations, KSAs, preferred experience. Skills: maybe we can extract KSAs as skills. But we already have KSAs under Qualifications. Could create Skills section for KSAs. However we need to avoid thin sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine KSAs into Qualifications. Thus we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include Benefits: we have Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance, Telework. Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases, higher step rate. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m-4:30 p.m, Compressed/Flexible may be available. We must not include sections with placeholder like "not specified". All content is specific. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can drop Functional Statement # maybe as a short p? It's metadata; we could fold into a short p under About the role or drop. Probably drop. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft. Structure:
