About the role

Hawthorn Children’s Psychiatric Hospital is seeking a full-time clinician to support operations in their Inpatient and Residential Programs. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to work wherever support is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Offer case management services for children and adolescents aged 6 to 18
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support treatment goals
• Work shifts generally from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility to adjust based on patient and family needs

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited university
• Missouri licensure (LMSW or LCSW) or commitment to obtaining licensure during employment

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices such as DBT, CBT, and trauma-focused approaches preferred
• Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as a basis for denial

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The general schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, with the possibility to adjust based on patient and family needs.
