Social Worker BSW
About the role
As our Social Worker, you will be a compassionate advocate, providing vital support and guidance to individuals and families facing complex challenges. Every day, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling and crisis intervention, and connect clients to resources. You'll advocate for clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support and promote well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assess the psychosocial status of clients related to the client’s illness and environment and communicate findings to the registered nurse
- Carry out social evaluations and plan intervention based on evaluation findings
- Maintain clinical records on all clients referred to social work
- Provide information and referral services to clients and families/caregivers regarding environmental needs
- Provide information to clients or families/caregivers and community agencies
- Market and promote the agency programs and events in the local community
Requirements
- Required Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
- Licensed Social Worker: ND
- One year experience in healthcare
- Driver's License: ND
- Auto Insurance
- Basic Life Support - CPR Preferred
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Master Social Worker: ND

Pay
$26.18 – $38.95 /hour
