About the role

We are seeking a Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to social justice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor of Social Work degree
• Valid state license as a Social Worker
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of community resources and services
• Proficiency in computer software, including case management systems

Pay

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
