About the role

The Social Work Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical social work services within the organization. This includes managing a team of social workers, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical social work services including supervision of staff and coordination of services.
• Ensure all clinical services comply with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Provide consultation and support to clients and staff as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Master’s degree in Social Work preferred.
• Valid state license as a Social Worker.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical social work.
• Experience in supervising a team of social workers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
