- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of best practices for differentiated instruction and student accommodations
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of literacy and language arts content
- Classroom management skills
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, students, and families
