Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative work involving professional social services.
• Provide case management services to strengthen, rehabilitate, and preserve individuals and families.
• Provide protection and care for children and vulnerable adults in need of supplementary, substitute care.
• Perform full-time intake services.
• Supervise and manage staff, including hiring recommendations, training, work planning, assignments, and performance review.
• Coach and provide progressive discipline to supervisees.

Education and Experience

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree.
• Requires 4-7 years of experience in related field.
