About the role
We are recruiting for an experienced Mental Health and Wellbeing Team Lead to provide both mental health and line management support across our services. This role will play a vital part in the delivery and development of our services as we continue our journey of positive change and pursue ambitious future plans.
The principal purpose of this post is to assist the Head of Services with the day-to-day operation of service delivery areas and line management of designated staff. You will use your skills and experience in mental health and staff management to support our teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and ongoing development.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Services with the day-to-day operation of service delivery areas
- Provide line management support to designated staff
- Deliver and develop mental health and wellbeing services
- Ensure high-quality service delivery with a sound knowledge of Child Protection and Adult Support and Protection
Requirements
- Experience in mental health and line management of staff
- Ability to deliver high-quality services
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Child Protection and Adult Support and Protection
- Positive, supportive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
