OTHR$54.45–$71.7/hrFull-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections present: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? Could map to "Position Objective" and "Essential Functions". Requirements? Could be "Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities". Qualifications? "Desired Minimum Qualifications". Skills? Already covered. Benefits? Not present. Pay? Yes: "$54.45 to $71.70 DOQ." That's pay range. Schedule? Not given (Full-Time, On-site). Actually schedule: Full-Time, On-site. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with Full-Time, On-site. Benefits? Not given. So omit. We need to preserve all substantive info: location details: "CC Government Center 313 N Main St Center City, MN 55012, USA" appears twice; also "Job Location: 38871 7th Ave, North Branch, MN 55056". Also "Job Location: HRA-EDA Offices, North Branch, MN". There's some duplication. We need to include location info. Probably combine into a paragraph. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. We need to include sections only when real content. Let's extract content: Job Title: HRA-EDA Executive Director (but we don't repeat as heading). Posting Details: Posted: September 8, 2026; Full-Time; On-site; Locations: CC Government Center 313 N Main St Center City, MN 55012, USA (duplicate). Also maybe other location: 38871 7th Ave, North Branch, MN 55056; HRA-EDA Offices, North Branch, MN. Job Details Description: "$54.45 to $71.70 DOQ. Closing Date: September 30, 2026 Job Location: 38871 7th Ave, North Branch, MN 55056 Title: HRA-EDA Executive Director Updated: July 2026 Department: HRA-EDA Reports to: HRA-EDA Board Position Status: Appointed; Exempt Job Location: HRA-EDA Offices, North Branch, MN" Position Objective paragraph. Essential Functions list (multiple bullet-like sentences). We'll put as
  • . Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities list. Desired Minimum Qualifications paragraph. Special Qualifications line. Tools and Equipment Used paragraph. Working Conditions paragraph. Selection Guidelines paragraph. We need to decide headings: About the role? Could use "About the role" for position objective? But we have "Position Objective". Could use "About the role" heading and put that paragraph. However instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings. Let's decide: - About the role: Position Objective paragraph. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. - Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities list (maybe also include Desired Minimum Qualifications? but that's qualifications). Could separate Qualifications. - Qualifications: Desired Minimum Qualifications + Special Qualifications. - Skills: maybe combine with Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities? But we already used that for Requirements. Could instead put Skills separate: list of skills like communication, etc. But we have many. Might be redundant. Better to follow instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities into Requirements, and Qualifications separate. Skills maybe not needed. - Pay: "$54.45 to $71.70 DOQ." - Schedule: "Full-Time, On-site". - Benefits: none. We also need location info and posting date etc. Could be placed in a short

under maybe "About the role" or separate? Not a heading. Could add a

with posting details before sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must preserve all substantive info: include location, posting date, closing date, department, reports to, position status, updated date, etc. We can include those in a

after the heading maybe "About the role" or a separate

    before sections. Let's craft:

Posted September 8, 2026. Full‑Time, On‑site. Locations: CC Government Center, 313 N Main St, Center City, MN 55012; 38871 7th Ave, North Branch, MN 55056; HRA‑EDA Offices, North Branch, MN. Then sections. Now produce HTML fragment. We need to ensure no extra text outside. Let's write:

    Schedule

    Full-Time, On-site.

We also need to include Tools and Equipment Used, Working Conditions, Selection Guidelines. Those are substantive; we should include them maybe under a section like "Additional Information". But we only have allowed headings list; we could add a heading like "Additional Information" but not in list. Instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive list, but we should prefer those headings. However we could still add other headings if needed, but better to fit into existing sections. Tools and Equipment Used could go under Requirements or Qualifications. Working Conditions could be its own section maybe "Working Conditions" but not in list; maybe we can add as a paragraph under Requirements? Might be okay to add a new heading but risk violating instruction. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are examples; we can use other headings if needed but better to stick to those. However we have substantive info that doesn't fit: Tools and Equipment Used, Working Conditions, Selection Guidelines. We could incorporate them into Requirements or Qualifications. For example, add bullet under Requirements: "Tools and equipment used: personal computer; calculator; telephone system, multifunction printer/scanner; automobile." Similarly, "Working conditions: ..." and "Selection guidelines: ..." as bullets. Let's do that. Add to Requirements list additional items. Also we need to include "Closing Date: September 30, 2026" already in posting details paragraph. We have included location etc. Now ensure we didn't repeat any boilerplate. Removed EEO etc. Now produce final HTML. Check for any stray text like
