About the role

The Social Work Supervisor III - Foster Care is responsible for overseeing foster care programs, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing support to foster families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foster care programs and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide training and support to foster families and staff.
• Conduct home visits and assessments to evaluate foster family suitability.
• Collaborate with other social service agencies to provide comprehensive care for children in foster care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve foster care services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in foster care management.
• Current licensure as a Social Worker.
• Experience working with children and families in crisis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
