NOW HIRING: Social Worker Director Shift: Full-Time, 1st Shift Location: Bergen County, NJ **applicants must reside in Bergen County area** Interview Method: Interview by TEAMS (virtual) only Annual Salary: $80K-$85K/year (based on experience and licensure) Social Worker Director Responsibilities: Help to identify residents’ psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessment of residents.Work with an interdisciplinary team to promote and protect residents’ rights.Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law and professional licensure. Social Worker Director Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work or another human services field to include, but not limited to, sociology, gerontology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.
