About the role
The Social Services Director will provide services to meet the emotional needs of residents and their families, assist with resident admissions and referrals, and build a positive facility culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Aid in the resident admissions and referral process
- Build a positive facility culture
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work
- Two years of experience working in geriatrics
- Valid Driver’s license
- Licensure required
- Previous experience with nursing homes preferred
