About the role
Responsible for providing services to respond to the emotional needs of residents and their families. Assist with resident admissions and the referral process.
Responsibilities
- Address the emotional needs of residents and their families
- Support resident admissions and referral processes
- Help build a resident- and family-focused facility culture
- Contribute to team-building initiatives
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work
- Two years of experience working in geriatrics
- Valid driver’s license
- Active social-work licensure
- Previous experience with nursing homes preferred
