About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and contributing to the design and development of innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, and provide guidance on technical challenges.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall codebase quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of developers.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and software development processes.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with modern web technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
