Social Services Assistant

Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet & assist clients visiting
• Oversee volunteers
• Organize catering and refreshment needs for meetings
• Aid with Corps programs
• Drive to pick up donations
• Cook the food pantry distribution
• Cook the Diaper program distribution
• Collect data for statistics
• Aid the unhouse clients with their mail
• Aid with our dinner program
• Other related duties as required

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• CA Driver's license (required)
• Experience in data entry (preferred)

Skills And Abilities

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Programs
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Team player

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
