What To Expect
You assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing our facility's social service programs under the direction of the Social Services Director.

Successful Candidates
- Prior health-care experience preferred
- Experience in a post acute or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Associate Or Bachelor's Degree Preferred But Not Required
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent
