Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling or related field
• State licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

• Mandatory Training Category: Admin, Direct Care, Medical

Assigned Duties

Employees are expected to perform their work in a competent and efficient manner. Duties include:

• Providing outpatient assessment services (BHA, ARA, and SPD) via telehealth
• Providing quality collaborative documentation
• Maintaining all required trainings and certifications
• Attending all staffing and agency or other required trainings
• Attending staff meetings as required
• Being a team player with all programs and staff in the agency
• Maintaining productivity as required and completing all other duties as assigned
