Social Media Marketing Specialist
About the Role
The Manager, Social Media & Search Technology is responsible for supporting the organization's global digital engagement initiatives by managing social media and search technology platforms, vendor relationships, marketing technology operations, and compliance activities. The role collaborates with marketing, technology, legal, procurement, privacy, and information security teams to ensure efficient platform management, governance, and successful execution of social media and search initiatives. This hybrid position requires working onsite in Indianapolis 2–3 days per week.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, search marketing, marketing technology, or platform operations.
- Agency experience supporting multiple clients, brands, or stakeholders.
- Experience managing technology vendors and SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of paid and organic social media marketing.
- Experience with search marketing platforms and technologies.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and marketing technology environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Manage relationships with social media, search, and marketing technology vendors.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and compliance reviews.
- Administer marketing platforms, user access, workflows, and dashboards.
- Partner with legal, privacy, procurement, and information security teams.
- Support AI and automation initiatives, pilot programs, and technology evaluations.
- Assist with launching new social media accounts and platform implementations.
- Maintain governance documentation, SOPs, and operational workflows.
- Support both paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Contribute to search technology operations and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, business, and technology stakeholders.
