About the Role
As a Social Media Marketing Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will manage and coordinate the organization's internal and external communications, focusing on digital channels to effectively engage target audiences. Your work will involve developing strategies that communicate the organization's mission, values, and initiatives to stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and the media.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful relationships, manage and inspire others, navigate complex situations, and enhance your personal brand and skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and stakeholders. You are expected to deliver quality work, embrace ambiguity, and use these moments as opportunities for growth. In this role, you will utilize various tools and methods to gather data, measure campaign performance, and collaborate with other teams to validate consistency in digital marketing across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to engage target audiences effectively
- Manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance brand presence and audience interaction
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital content strategies with organizational goals

- Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and platforms
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state, the salary range is $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
