Social Media & Marketing Associate

About the role

The Social Media & Marketing Associate will support local grassroots and digital marketing efforts for Rumble Boxing studios in the areas of Short Hills, Livingston, and Montclair.

Responsibilities

• Identify target audiences and develop grassroots campaigns to inform the community about Rumble Boxing and generate quality leads
• Oversee daily studio operations as needed
• Develop and execute monthly marketing plans for the region, coordinating with team members from all three Rumble Boxing locations
• Coordinate with studio managers
• Develop and execute a plan for evaluating grassroots marketing campaigns to understand factors affecting conversion rate
• Work with marketing vendors to target high-quality leads

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of professional marketing experience
• Strong goal-setting and resource forecasting abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
• Proficient in content creation and social media editing apps (Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
• Public speaking and solution-based, results-oriented approach
• Proficient in Google Suite tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, Meet)
• Flexible schedule to work early mornings, nights, and weekends

Priorities

• Experience with productivity software (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
• Experience with Digital Stack and ClubReady
• Prior sales experience
