About the role

We are an independent music label focused on artist development, viral marketing, and building lasting careers for emerging talent. We release music weekly and manage TikTok accounts for our artists to cultivate fanbases through daily posting.

Responsibilities

• Post one pre-edited video per account daily
• Craft captions and hooks that fit each artist’s niche
• Maintain account health
• Engage with the community
• Flag successful content for further promotion

Requirements

• Cultural fluency
• Proven track record in social media management
• Able to manage multiple accounts efficiently

Qualifications

• Beginner to junior level experience preferred
