About the role

A dynamic Social Media Manager is needed to lead our TikTok presence. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and fostering community engagement. The ideal candidate will also serve as the company's TikTok founder, developing the brand's voice and vision across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute social media strategies for TikTok that align with broader marketing goals
• Develop and maintain a strong online presence through consistent, high-quality content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform future strategy
• Manage and grow our TikTok following through strategic content creation and community engagement
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and best practices to ensure relevance and effectiveness
• Serve as the TikTok founder, defining the brand's voice and vision

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful social media campaigns
• Strong understanding of TikTok platform features and analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with video editing software and social media advertising platforms is a plus
