Responsibilities
- Own and drive the company’s TikTok presence targeting Gen-Z and Millennial audiences
- Develop a native content strategy aligned with the brand's mission and product lineup
- Build and manage the TikTok Shop to enhance traffic and conversion
- Monitor and leverage TikTok trends for content relevancy
- Collaborate with the social media team for cohesive cross-platform strategy
- Produce and publish original TikTok content, contributing personally to creation
- Work directly with founders to create authentic and engaging content for their platforms
Qualifications
- 4+ years of social media or content experience, emphasizing TikTok strategy and creation
- Demonstrated success in growing a TikTok account with measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm and trends, regularly engaged with platform
- Experience collaborating with public figures or founders on content
- Hands-on skills in conceptualizing, shooting, and editing TikTok videos
- Copywriting abilities to adapt tone across brand and founder content
- Highly self-directed and organized in managing production schedules and reporting
