Social Media Manager - Local to Fairfield County CT

About the role

We are seeking a social media manager to oversee content across multiple brands in our portfolio. This includes managing the CEO's personal social media accounts. The position requires an on-site presence at least 1–2 times per month to capture live content.

Responsibilities

• Own content across multiple brands with distinct voices and aesthetics
• Capture and edit photo and video from various locations (job sites, interviews, events)
• Create other content types such as reels, stills, carousels, and behind-the-scenes pieces
• Build the content calendar and pitch ideas
• Schedule and publish 3–4 posts per week per primary account
• Engage with followers through replies, direct messages, and comments
• Provide monthly performance reports for the portfolio

Requirements

• High-octane operator with fast turnarounds and high production quality
• Strong eye for editing, able to produce clean, restrained content
• Experience ghost-managing executive or founder personal accounts
• Self-sufficient with your own production setup (camera, editing tools)
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills
• Experience in construction, architecture, real estate, or luxury lifestyle is preferred but not required

• Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously
