About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join our talented development team at Softr. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in full-stack development, with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• A strong understanding of backend technologies, including Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience working on SaaS platforms or no-code/low-code solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions aligned with product requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure software quality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve development processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs or performance issues promptly, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies into the platform.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in scaling the platform to accommodate increasing user demands and feature expansion.
