Social Media Manager – Hybrid, Tea Brand

About the role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital content strategy for a leading tea brand. Based in Los Angeles with a hybrid work arrangement, you will oversee the planning, creation, and management of engaging social media content that highlights unique tea blends and botanical ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the brand’s vision and target audience.
• Plan, produce, and edit high-quality video and visual content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize engagement and reach.
• Respond to community interactions and foster positive brand engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media channels for consumer brands, preferably in food, beverage, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong skills in video editing and content creation using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative digital campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid Los Angeles-based environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
