Social Media Manager (Austin, TX - In Office)

About the Role

Join Chandler Bolt and selfpublishing.com to lead short-form content, community management, and distribution across our brand and Chandler's personal platforms. Your mission is to grow both profiles, manage the content pipeline, and drive revenue through increased engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Run point on short-form content strategy, calendar, and publishing for selfpublishing.com and Chandler Bolt's personal channels.
• Grow reach and followers on both platforms.
• Distribute content to Facebook groups and communities, ensuring it reaches the right audience.
• Engage with the audience by replying to comments and DMs.
• Coordinate and quality-check content from other creators and editors.
• Optimize content for conversions, focusing on hooks, CTAs, and story flow to drive DMs, clicks, and applications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating and growing short-form content, with examples of accounts you've successfully grown.
• Proven ability to convert content into leads, applications, or sales.
• Experience coordinating creators or collaborators efficiently.
• Expertise in editing tools (Premiere/CapCut/Final Cut), social graphics (Canva/Photoshop), community management, distribution, and performance insights.
• Comfortable with revenue-based performance metrics.
• Genuine enjoyment of audience engagement through comments and relationship-building.

Qualifications

Data-driven content operator with a track record of growing audiences and converting them into customers.

Pay

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

In-person role based in our Westlake (Austin) office.
