Social Media Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Create and execute social media strategies across multiple dealership locations.
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Content Producer & Community Coordinator on content creation, photography, videography, and editing.
• Review and approve all content prior to publication.
• Manage publishing schedules across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Monitor platform performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics and trends.
• Cook up social media support for dealership events and community initiatives.
• Develop processes and best practices for content planning, approvals, brand consistency, and community engagement.
• Monitor online conversations and assist with escalation of customer concerns when necessary.
• Partner with dealership leadership to identify opportunities for storytelling, employee spotlights, customer experiences, and community involvement.
• Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, and content best practices.

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Experience creating and executing content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
• Experience managing multiple locations, brands, or accounts simultaneously.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable presenting results and recommendations to leadership teams.

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
