Social Media Manager

About the role

Steak King & Hidden Gem Restaurants are a hospitality group with 150 team members, 6 busy restaurants and the cities' busiest online gourmet grocery store. Based in Wong Chuk Hang (next to the MTR) we are looking for an accomplished social media manager to help us take our business to the next level. If you are someone who is working in this sector, has a sense of humour, enjoys storytelling and looking to be part of something new and exciting then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Work with the CEO, Executive Chef and Marketing Director to develop a coherent communication strategy for 6 restaurants plus an online store
• Plan & Create a weekly/monthly/ quarterly marketing & social media calendars & present it to the team at Monday meetings
• Carry out regular social media scheduling and posting across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Carry out the planning, template creation and scheduling of regular eDM broadcasts
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef on new menu creation and manage printing and distribution
• Manage the design and production of marketing assets across both digital and print
• Ensure the messages are conveyed accurately to our target market in both English and Local Chinese sure communication is on brand and strategy
• Manage relationship and provide support to external PR and other agencies ensuring full campaign execution

Skills & Expertise

• 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Basic videography, photography and editing skills
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Ability to thrive in fast paced collaborative environment in the FMCG sector
