- Manage the social media calendar, coordinate design assets with creative teams, and ensure a consistent publishing cadence.
- Engage actively with the community, industry influencers, and customers daily to foster active conversations and brand loyalty.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics using Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and native platform tools to optimize content distribution and report ROI to leadership.
- Collaborate with the developer relations and product teams to amplify major product launches, event activations, and open-source milestones.
What We Are Looking For

- Proven track record of growing organic audiences and driving measurable engagement on LinkedIn and X/Twitter.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adopt a technical yet conversational brand voice.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer), creative tools (e.g., Figma, Canva), and basic video editing tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to guide content decisions and mapping social metrics to business outcomes.
- Bonus: Experience managing developer-focused communities, active participation in tech communities, or basic familiarity with APIs and software development concepts.
