About The Role
The role drives organic growth, community engagement, and brand narrative across all major social media platforms. Working closely with content, design, and product marketing teams, the position translates complex technology narratives into engaging visual and written content that resonates with developer and enterprise audiences. This is a highly collaborative role that owns the social media calendar, day-to-day publishing, community management, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end social media strategy and content calendar across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality, on-brand social copy and coordinate the production of custom graphics, videos, and GIFs with the design team
- Monitor social channels daily, engage in industry discussions, and manage real-time community interactions with users and key opinion leaders
- Track and analyze key social metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion) on a weekly and monthly basis, translating data into actionable content optimizations
- Partner with demand-generation and product marketing teams to support product launches, virtual events, and campaign rollouts
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of professional social media management experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on LinkedIn and X/Twitter with a portfolio of creative campaigns
- Deep familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, GA4)
- Strong graphic design and video editing sensibilities, with basic hands-on skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify technical concepts into punchy social copy
