About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at a leading green cleaning company. You will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to engage and expand our online community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote our green cleaning company and increase brand awareness.
• Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze and report on social media metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize engagement and growth.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities to promote our brand and expand our reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
• Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the sustainability or green industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly creative and innovative, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience with social media management tools and software.
