About the role
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
- Create and manage social media content including posts, stories, and ads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Experience with video creation and editing is a plus.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

Pay
