About the role

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Create and manage social media content including posts, stories, and ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with video creation and editing is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
