About the role

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for enhancing the organization's online presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. They will develop and execute social media strategies that align with NHA’s mission and goals, manage content creation, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with NHA’s mission and objectives.
• Create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms.
• Manage and moderate social media conversations to foster community engagement and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all social media channels.
• Analyze social media data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with graphic design software is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Skills
