Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and creatively driven Social Media Manager to lead multi-platform storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. This role will translate our luxury brand’s heritage, aesthetic, and evolving market positioning into compelling digital narratives that deepen consumer understanding, drive engagement, and strengthen long-term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-platform social strategy, developing cohesive frameworks that translate brand identity into platform-native content
  • Shape and execute monthly editorial calendars aligned with product launches, partnerships, seasonal moments, and broader marketing initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, PR, marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign storytelling across channels
  • SOURCE AND CURATE ON-BRAND AND PRODUCT-FILLED CONTENT FROM INTERNAL TEAMS, EXTERNAL PARTNERS, CLIENTS, AND MEDIA
  • Develop and maintain a distinct, cohesive brand voice across channels, ensuring all messaging reflects heritage, tone, and evolving market positioning while driving meaningful engagement
  • CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION
    • Assist in producing high-impact video content from home tours and collection launches to partnership campaigns
    • Concept and activate innovative, platform-native marketing approaches for collection launches, transforming traditional product drops into immersive, story-driven digital moments
    • ASSIST IN CUTTING UP YOUTUBE VIDEOS ALONGSIDE OUR VIDEO CONTENT PRODUCER FOR SCHUMACHER IG, YOUTUBE SHORTS, ETC.
  • PERFORMANCE & OPTIMIZATION
    • Analyze platform performance and audience behavior using native analytics and third-party tools
    • DELIVER MONTHLY REPORTING INCLUSIVE OF INSIGHTS, LEARNINGS, AND FORWARD-LOOKING OPTIMIZATION STRATEGIES
    • DRIVE MEASURABLE GROWTH THROUGH PERFORMANCE-INFORMED CONTENT REFINEMENT, CONSISTENTLY SURPASSING PRIOR BENCHMARKS ON ALL CHANNELS.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience leading multi-platform social strategy for a luxury, lifestyle, or design-forward brand
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable audience growth and organic reach
  • Experience producing high-quality video and visual content
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific strategy, particularly across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social channels
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic direction

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of video-editing and production
  • Strong interest and understanding of interior design
  • Discerning eye for Photograph
