About The Role
The Social Media Manager will own the brand's voice and community across all major platforms, translating product updates, industry trends, and technical concepts into engaging social-first campaigns. Working within a fast-moving marketing team, this role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, community management, and data-driven performance marketing. This position is responsible for scaling organic reach, building highly active online communities, and designing creative social assets. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of B2B and B2C tech marketing, possesses a keen eye for visual design, and knows how to use platforms like LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube to drive brand equity and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy that aligns with product launches, events, and brand campaigns.
- Produce, edit, and publish high-quality social-first content daily, including short-form video (Reels, TikTok), infographics, and written threads.
- Manage daily community engagement, actively monitoring channels, responding to user inquiries, and initiating conversations with industry influencers and key accounts.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to translate complex technical features into accessible, shareable social assets.
- Track, analyze, and report weekly on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, referral traffic) using Sprout Social, HubSpot, and GA4.
- Set up social listening workflows to monitor brand sentiment, competitor activity, and emerging tech industry trends.
- Manage a content calendar, coordinating with executive leadership to support executive-branding and thought-leadership programs on LinkedIn.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience managing social media profiles and communities for a tech, SaaS, or high-growth B2B/B2C company.
- Proven portfolio of growing organic social channels and producing highly engaged social-first creative assets.
- Proficiency with social media management and design tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite).
- A strong short-form copywriting skills with the ability to adopt and maintain a distinct, authoritative brand voice.
- An analytical mindset with experience tracking UTMs, configuring GA4 reports, and proving the business value of organic social.
- Bonus: Experience with video production/editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut) or running paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
