Social Media Manager

About The Role

The role drives organic growth, brand awareness, and community engagement across all major social channels. This position translates complex technology topics into highly engaging, platform-native content that positions the company as an industry authority. Working closely with design, content, and product marketing, the role will own the social media calendar, direct creative asset production, and analyze performance data to optimize channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel social media strategy across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality social copy daily, translating complex product features and company news into accessible, engaging narratives
• Collaborate with design and video teams to produce native visual assets, including infographics, short-form video, and motion graphics
• Monitor social media channels, engage with the community, and manage real-time interactions with customers, partners, and industry influencers
• Track and report weekly and monthly performance metrics, using data to refine content strategy and prove social's contribution to brand equity and web traffic
• Manage executive platform strategies, ghostwriting and advising senior leadership on their personal brand presence

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience managing social media for a B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology company
• Proven track record of growing social channels and building active, engaged online communities
• Expertise with social publishing and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write in various brand voices and explain technical concepts simply
• Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to rapidly iterate on social assets
• Bonus: Experience managing paid social campaigns or working with employee advocacy programs
