About The Role

The role drives the social media strategy and execution across all major platforms, translating product updates, brand initiatives, and industry trends into engaging, native social content. This position is responsible for growing organic reach, fostering active community engagement, and establishing the brand's voice as a thought leader in the technology sector. Working closely with product marketing, content, and design teams, the role turns complex technical concepts into accessible, highly shareable social assets. This individual will manage the end-to-end publishing pipeline, monitor brand sentiment, and leverage performance data to continually optimize distribution tactics and community-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the social media calendar, scheduling, and real-time publishing across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and other emerging channels
  • Write compelling, platform-native copy and collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-performing visual assets
  • Monitor social media channels daily, responding to community questions, engaging in industry conversations, and managing brand sentiment
  • Track, analyze, and report weekly and monthly social performance metrics, focusing on engagement rate, follower growth, share of voice, and referral traffic
  • Develop and execute social-first campaigns for major product launches, company announcements, and flagship events
  • Stay ahead of social platform algorithm updates, features, and internet culture trends to keep brand output fresh and relevant

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience managing professional social media accounts in a B2B SaaS or high-growth B2C technology environment
  • Proven track record of growing active communities and managing social channels with over 50,000 followers
  • Proficiency with social media management and listening tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or Buffer
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud to quickly adapt creative assets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate native platform metrics into actionable marketing insights
  • Bonus: Experience executing influencer or creator marketing campaigns, or experience hosting/producing short-form video content like TikToks or YouTube Shorts
