Social Media Manager

About the role

We are a young marketing agency of 12+ people. Our goal is to create world-class marketing systems for our SME clients in Hungary and across Europe. We don't settle for mediocrity—we aim to be the best in the region at what we do.

Responsibilities

• Creating monthly content plans for clients
• Briefing our graphic designer and copywriter
• Managing social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and occasionally YouTube Shorts)
• Developing concepts for short-form video content
• Monitoring trends and brainstorming with the creative team
• Uploading and scheduling content
• Monitoring performance and reporting (Meta Business Suite / TikTok Analytics)

Requirements

• Active daily use of TikTok / social media
• Advanced English proficiency; additional languages (German, Slovak) are a plus
• Creative, trend-aware thinking
• Copywriting skills and impeccable spelling
• Basic marketing and content strategy knowledge
• Interest in video content

Preferred qualifications

• Your own channel or previous experience with corporate social media management

Pay

Net 400,000 HUF and above, depending on experience.
