About the role
Join Blossomt in Setúbal, Portugal (remote position). We are currently hiring a full-time Senior UX Designer.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into design solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms
- Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Strong proficiency in Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools
- Experience working on complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs that meet business goals
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel
Skills
- Strong visual design skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
