At BEDGEAR®, we believe great brands are built through authentic storytelling, meaningful customer engagement, and innovative digital experiences. As part of our eCommerce & Performance Marketing team, you'll play a critical role in bringing our brand to life across every social platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute BEDGEAR's organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Own the social content calendar, publishing schedule, and platform-specific content strategy.
- Maintain brand consistency through employee generated content initiatives.
- Monitor and actively engage with followers across all social platforms.
- Manage BEDGEAR's UGC agency relationships, creative requests, approvals, and deliverables.
- Support influencer campaigns by managing content requests, creative assets, publishing coordination, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships Manager to execute creator campaigns.
- Conduct ongoing testing of new content formats, posting strategies, and platform capabilities.
- Travel as needed to support social media content creation at tradeshows and events.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
- English literate and proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension).
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
- Ability to travel as needed to support retail visits, industry events, product launches, and company initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing organic social media, content creation, or digital marketing for a consumer-facing brand.
- Experience creating and editing photo and video content for social media platforms, including short-form video.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar creative software.
