About the role

The Social Media Lead for Talent will be responsible for driving social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement across various platforms. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and technologies to inform strategy and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and engagement metrics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application to social media.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
